Our programs go beyond traditional exercise. We focus on strategic functional movement that improves the way your body performs during real-life activities, so the work does not stay in your living room. It carries out into the real world: stepping over a curb, navigating an uneven sidewalk, rising from a low restaurant seat, getting up off the floor, keeping up with the grandkids. Every member of our team is a Certified Functional Aging Specialist, and every in-home visit begins with a vitals check so we know it is safe to proceed.
