Fitness built around real life
Functional fitness trains the movements residents use every day: standing up from a chair, walking with confidence, reaching, turning, and getting where they want to go. The goal is the same one your community works toward every day: helping residents stay independent and keep showing up for the activities and people they love.
Led by trainers who understand aging
Our team includes certified Functional Aging Specialists and licensed Physical Therapist Assistants. Residents work with people who understand how the body changes with age and how to challenge it safely.
For activity and wellness directors
If you plan programming for residents, we would love to hear what your community needs. We can start with a presentation so residents can meet us and see what functional fitness looks like, then build from there.
For families
If your mom or dad lives in a senior living community, tell their activity director about us, or give us a call and we will reach out. Residents who want one-on-one attention can also ask about private sessions.
