Graceful Aging provides functional fitness training to improve quality of life for adults of all ages and functional levels. Our training programs include functional movements with light resistance for beginners, and heavy resistance including calisthenics for the more advanced. In addition to functional strength training, we also provide balance training to aid in fall prevention for seniors.
Graceful Aging's fitness programs are designed specifically for each client depending on their health history, current functional level and personal goals.
During your initial consultation, we discuss your health history and personal goals. We also take baseline assessments.
In each following session, our clients receive one-on-one guidance from our certified trainers to improve strength, endurance, balance and mobility.
Functional fitness programs, including routine exercise at least twice per week, generate a multitude of health benefits, including:

Each training session is 50 minutes, beginning with a warmup and ending with a cool down.
Training sessions are all inclusive, providing strength, mobility and balance training with professional guidance from our certified trainers.
Sessions are performed in your choice setting - options being in your home, at your office, at your gym or outdoor at a local park.
