One-on-one, in-home personal training sessions with professional guidance to improve strength, endurance, mobility and balance.
Sessions can be purchased per session or as a package.
A monthly hybrid package includes 4, in-home 50 minute sessions and 8 customized workouts to be performed independently.
Once a week, the in-home session includes strength and balance training with professional guidance to ensure proper technique.
Two customized workouts, to be performed independently, are also provided each week.
25 Minute Sessions - Optional Add On
Hands-on assisted stretches to elongate muscles for improved mobility, posture, and balance.
Optional Add On
Professional home assessment to reduce environmental risks of falling.
