Private In-Home Functional Fitness

One-on-one training, in your own home.

The most personal way to train. Your trainer comes to your door, brings every piece of equipment, and leads a session built entirely around you. No gym, no traffic, no intimidation, just expert functional fitness coaching in the room where you are most comfortable.

Built for you, brought to you

Private in-home training removes every barrier that keeps active adults from staying strong. There is no driving to a facility and no one-size-fits-all class. Instead you get focused, one-on-one coaching designed around your goals and your body.

Because we train in your space, the work transfers directly to your daily life. We practice rising from your own chair, navigating your own stairs, and moving confidently through the rooms you live in every day.

Training that carries into real life

Functional fitness is not about the gym. It is about the moments that happen outside your home: stepping over a curb, navigating an uneven sidewalk, rising from a low restaurant seat, climbing stairs, getting up off the floor. We train those exact patterns so they become easier and safer everywhere you go. The goal is to maintain your independence and quality of life.

Every visit starts with a safety check

We want the adult children who send us to their parents’ homes to know that health and safety come first. That is why every in-home visit begins the same way, with a vitals check to confirm it is safe to proceed. If vitals are not in a safe range, we do not proceed with the workout that day.

From there, each session follows a clear, deliberate path:

  • Vitals check to confirm it is safe to train
  • Warm-up to prepare the joints and muscles
  • Functional fitness training built around real-world movement
  • Cool-down and stretching focused on balance and mobility

Who it is for

Private sessions are ideal for anyone who wants undivided attention, values privacy, or is working toward a specific goal. It is equally effective whether you are rebuilding after a setback or staying well ahead of one.
