Virtual sessions deliver real, live, one-on-one coaching from anywhere. This is our only option that is not in-home, and we keep it focused on strength and mobility so your progress never has to pause when life takes you away from home.

A live virtual session is focused, efficient and fully guided. Your trainer leads every movement through the screen, watches your form, and adjusts in real time. You can train from a condo down south for the winter, a hotel while traveling, or your own home when the calendar is tight.

Consistency is what makes functional fitness work. Virtual sessions protect the strength and mobility you have built.

Focused on strength and mobility

We intentionally keep virtual sessions to strength and mobility work. Hands-on balance training is something we only do in person, where a trainer can physically steady and support you. It is simply too risky to attempt balance work without someone in the room, so we save it for your in-home visits and make the most of strength and mobility when we meet virtually.
