Small Group In-Home Training

Train together. Stay accountable.

Small group sessions bring up to four people together for in-home functional fitness that is social, motivating and more affordable per person. Friends and neighbors get expert coaching while sharing the experience and the encouragement.

A more social way to get strong

Working out alongside people you know turns a session into something you look forward to. The energy of a small group keeps motivation high, builds friendly accountability, and makes consistency far easier to maintain.

Group size is capped at four so everyone still receives individual attention and form correction. You get the camaraderie of a class with the precision of personal training.

Training that carries into real life

Functional fitness is not about the gym. It is about the moments that happen outside your home: stepping over a curb, navigating an uneven sidewalk, rising from a low restaurant seat, climbing stairs, getting up off the floor. We train those exact patterns so they become easier and safer everywhere you go. The goal is to maintain your independence and quality of life.

Every visit starts with a safety check

We want the adult children who send us to their parents’ homes to know that health and safety come first. That is why every in-home visit begins the same way, with a vitals check to confirm it is safe to proceed. If vitals are not in a safe range, we do not proceed with the workout that day.

From there, each session follows a clear, deliberate path:

  • Vitals check to confirm it is safe to train
  • Warm-up to prepare the joints and muscles
  • Functional fitness training built around real-world movement
  • Cool-down and stretching focused on balance and mobility

Who it is for

Small group training is perfect for friends who want to stay healthy as a team, or neighbors looking to split the cost while keeping the quality. It is also a wonderful way to ease in if a private session feels like too much at first.
